Diving in Monastir-Sousse

At Pigeon Island, a small island off Monastir, there are seagrass meadows and plunging walls teeming with life. Just south of Monastir, at Mahdia, you can enjoy diving among WWII wrecks in deep, blue waters and explore shallow rocky reefs dotted with canyons and caves. The Hannibal wreck at 102 feet (31 meters), and the Ribat wreck at 158 feet (48 meters), provide exciting dives for experienced divers.
