Temperature is usually between 16 ºC (60.8 ºF) during winter to 28 ºC (82.4 ºF) during the summer. The best seasons for diving are during autumn and spring when you will find calm waters for several days at a time. A variety of dive sites can be found by adventures, including historical shipwrecks, underwater archaeology and in the winter, you can go shark diving, which is one of the most important attractions in the area. Plenty of dive centers in the area rent equipment and lead guided dives. Most dive sites are accessible from shore, while others require a short boat ride to the dive spot. You will need dive insurance and a buddy to dive; this is enforced when renting tanks and booking guided dives. This region has an abundance of reef fish, dolphins and sharks. This is an uncrowded place, with not a lot of tourists, which makes it a unique dive region. Photographers will find the perfect region for portraying the underwater world. You will find high visibility in most parts all year long, going up to 40 metres (130 feet) deep.
